I. Program Objectives

-Via new online training tool, to promote IRPMA Code of Practice and encourage member companies understand / review basic principles on ethical conduct and promotion in the industry.

-COP training website: coptraining.irpma.org.tw

-Two training sets are available

1. COP Orientation: Targeting new hired employees to understand COP code
2. COP Advanced: Targeting all employees to review COP code and application

 

II. Promotion & Monitoring

-IRPMA will provide each member company with training completion record on a quarterly basis

-Lucky draw program at each quarter to encourage training tool utilization

 

III. Lucky Draw Program Period

From October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017, with four phases as following

1. Phase 1: 10/01/2016~12/31/2016 (conduct lucky draw at 2017 January COP meeting)
2. Phase 2: 01/01/2017~03/31/2017 (conduct lucky draw at 2017 April COP meeting)
3. Phase 3: 04/01/2017~06/30/2017 (conduct lucky draw at 2017 July COP meeting)
4. Phase 4: 07/01/2017~09/30/2017 (conduct lucky draw at 2017 October COP meeting)

 

IV. Eligibility

Those who currently work at IRPMA member companies; and pass the IRPMA online training within above program period

 

V. Prizes of Lucky Draw

The lucky draw includes two sub-programs (Orientation and Advanced). Same program period and method apply. Lucky draws of the two sub-programs are conducted separately.

VI. Terms and Conditions

-The lucky draws will be conducted using computer system. IRPMA will directly notify luck draw winner.

-In each phase of lucky draw program, an eligible participant will quality for an opportunity to win the lucky draw. Four phases are independent; participants, who do not win in a phase, will not automatically, enter into the next phase of lucky draw. (e.g. A participant passing COP orientation twice in phase 1 will have only one opportunity for the lucky draw, and if the participant does not win in phase 1, he/she will not quality for phase 2 lucky draw)  

-IRPMA reserves the rights to make adjustment on this program and terms and conditions.
