Founded in 1980, Arich is a professional pharmaceutical marketing and distribution service company based in Taiwan. We provide comprehensive value chain services, with a core focus on specialized promotion to hospitals and clinics, as well as marketing of prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines in pharmacies.
Arich’s client network includes over 12,000 medical centers, regional and local hospitals, clinics, chain and independent pharmacies, and mass retailers across Taiwan, making us the largest pharmaceutical marketing service platform in the country.

Integrated cGMP Logistics Center

Arich operates Taiwan’s first modern large-scale cGMP logistics center, offering a complete end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain, including:

• Transportation and cold chain delivery
• Accounts receivable management
• Digital system integration and drug pricing submission

Since 2011, our facility has complied with PIC/S GMP standards, with advanced cold chain systems. In 2023, we expanded our three-temperature-zone cold storage, adding -80°C ultra-low temperature freezers to support high-quality logistics services for biologics and vaccines.

Cross-Strait Pharmaceutical Development

Since 2002, Arich has partnered with China National Pharmaceutical Group (Sinopharm) to form a joint venture in Beijing — Sinopharm Logistics Co., Ltd. — engaging in regulatory approval and clinical marketing in the China market.

In 2009, Arich joined the Excelsior Group (TPEX: 4104), further expanding its service scope. We work closely with the group’s hospitals, dialysis centers, long-term care institutions, aesthetic clinics, and dental centers to create a more competitive and integrated healthcare service network.
